Terms of
Service.
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Governing law: North Carolina
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.nsemedic.shop and the services provided by NSE MEDICAL COURIER & LOGISTICS LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), located at 105 Brixham Loop, Troutman, NC 28166, United States. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Written rate agreements and manifests control where they conflict with these Terms.
2. Services
We provide logistics services in three lanes:
- Transport coordination — arrangement of nonemergency medical transportation (without providing social assistance services) and arrangement of car pools and vanpools (excluding ridesharing arrangement services);
- Cargo preparation — crating goods for shipping, packing and preparing goods for shipping, and preparing goods for transportation;
- Cold & terminal support — precooling of fruits and vegetables in connection with transportation, LNG terminal services (liquefaction and regasification support), independently operated pipeline terminal facilities, and transportation stockyard services.
3. Scope Limitations
What we are not. NEMT coordination is transportation arrangement — we do not provide ambulance or emergency medical services, clinical care, or social assistance services. Pool programs are structured arrangements, not on-demand ridesharing. Terminal services are facility operations support, not commodity ownership or trading.
Emergencies. Our dispatch line and website are not emergency services. Medical emergencies should always be directed to 911.
4. Manifests & Quotes
Each movement is documented on a manifest specifying origin, destination, contents, conditions, and checkpoints. Quotes are provided based on information you supply and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Rates assume the declared contents, dimensions, and conditions are accurate — discrepancies may result in re-rating.
5. Shipper Responsibilities
- Declare contents accurately — weight, dimensions, value, and hazards;
- Ensure cargo is legal to transport and properly authorized;
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery access information;
- For coordinated transport, supply accurate participant rosters, schedules, and pickup instructions;
- Comply with treatment, handling, and re-entry instructions for temperature-controlled or terminal operations.
6. Chain of Custody
Custody records — signatures, timestamps, and condition logs — document each hand-off. A signed delivery constitutes acceptance of the shipment's condition at delivery unless exceptions are noted on the manifest at the time of receipt. Discrepancies must be noted in writing on the manifest to support any later claim.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Cargo
We do not accept cargo that is illegal to transport, inadequately declared, or beyond our licensing and handling capability. Hazardous, regulated, or temperature-sensitive cargo must be declared in advance and is accepted only where our equipment, permits, and procedures support it. Undeclared hazardous materials are grounds for refusal, return at shipper's expense, and notification of authorities where required.
8. Loss, Damage & Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within the period stated in your agreement — and in any case within 9 months of delivery or scheduled delivery — with the manifest, declared value, and supporting documentation. Our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to the declared value or the limitation stated in your agreement, whichever is lower, unless a higher declared value was purchased.
9. Fees & Payment
Rates are set out in quotes, manifests, and rate agreements. Invoices are payable on the terms stated — late balances may accrue interest at the maximum lawful rate and may result in service suspension. Detention, re-delivery, and cancellation fees apply as stated in the quote or agreement.
10. Website Use
By using this website you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site;
- Use the site to harass, impersonate, or harm others;
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission;
- Submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information through our forms;
- Use the dispatch form to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, illustrations, and design — is the property of NSE Medical Courier & Logistics LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages; other reproduction requires written permission.
12. Disclaimers
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability or accuracy. Transit times are estimates subject to weather, traffic, mechanical, and regulatory factors; delivery windows are targets unless a guaranteed service level was purchased.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSE Medical Courier & Logistics LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services — including lost profits or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a shipment or service is limited as stated in Section 8 or in your agreement.
14. General
- Governing law — these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina;
